It seems that at least once every few months SOMEBODY, after totally ignoring several archived FA 101 posts, will squeek, 'But why doesn't anybody want to talk about how much weight I've lost?' Hope you don't mind if I just throw a link to this post at them and then keep right on keepin' on.
